Promotion Participant Terms and Conditions Opinion Hub

Your participation in The Opinion Hub Referral Scheme shall be deemed to be your complete acceptance of the Terms and Conditions herein. The following are the Terms and Conditions of The Referral Scheme, which are sponsored by the operator of Opinion Hub LTD located at 16 Spring Bridge Mews, London W5 2AB.

GENERAL CLAUSES

  • These Promotion Participant Terms and Conditions apply to the Promotion offered by the Company and do not apply to any other services offered by and/or agreements with the Company.
  • Participation in the Promotion implies the participant agrees with these Promotion Participant Terms and Conditions, as well as with all decisions the Company takes to ensure the Promotion runs smoothly.
  • If any provision in these Promotion Participant Terms and Conditions is void or voided, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. The Company will replace the void provision with a new provision, whereby the purpose and scope of the original provision will be taken into account as much as legally possible.
  • The Company may at any time, in its sole discretion and without giving prior notice, change these Promotion Participant Terms and Conditions, unless these changes are to the disadvantage of the participant.

PROMOTION PARTICIPATION

  • Participation in the Promotion is only open to persons living in mainland England
  • Participants can participate in the Promotion by registering for the Promotion on the website and agreeing to submitting details of the person they would like to refer. The participant confirms they have obtained consent of the referee to submit their details including full name, email address and optional phone number to the referral form if relevant. The participant confirms the referee has been informed about Opinion Hub and knows they will have to take part in a telephone screener to be accepted onto the database.
  • The participant will only receive the relevant incentive if the person(s) they have referred are deemed to be ‘qualifying referrals’
  • A qualifying referral will be a person who has completed our phone screener with a member of the Opinion Hub team and has been deemed eligible and interested to take part in Market Research. The Opinion Hub team reserve the right to decide a person does not qualify based on their answers or an inability to get in contact with them. If the phone number has not been submitted on the initial form they will be emailed with a request to submit their phone number or alternatively, to phone the Opinion Hub team at their convenience.
  • Vouchers will only be issued once the participant have met the necessary amount of referrals for the milestone and they have all been contacted and deemed to qualify.
  • The participant and their referrals must be on our mailing list at time of incentive being processed to be eligible for the incentive.
  • This scheme will run annually between 1st January and 31st December, as of the 1st January you will start again from 0 referrals and can reach each milestone again.
  • Participation in the Promotion is excluded for employees of the Company as well as anyone who is directly involved in any way in the development and the implementation of the Promotion.
  • Anyone under the age of 18 is excluded from participation in the Promotion.

PRIZES

  • The participants will have a chance of receiving incentives when they reach each milestone in our referral scheme outlined here
  • 5 qualified participants referred = £5 Love2Shop
  • Additional 5 qualified participants referred (10 in total) = £5 Love2Shop
  • 50 qualified participants referred (50 total) = £25 Love2Shop
  • All qualifying referrals will be required to be submitted between 1st January and 31st December in a single year. The referral scheme will reset on 1st January and all participants will go back to 0 referrals, this will mean they can meet each milestone and receive each incentive again
  • Vouchers will be sent as an e-voucher via email to the email address submitted when filling in the initial form. It is the participants responsibility to ensure this has been submitted correctly and free of spelling mistakes. This incentive will not be awarded until the entry has been checked for fraudulent activity and has been deemed a legitimate entry. This can take between 15 and 45 days.
  • Exchanging or returning incentives is not possible. The incentive is personal and not transferable or exchangeable for money. We are not responsible for the condition of the incentive and any issues must be taken up with the manufacturer, owner or supplier of the incentive.

COSTS

  • To participate in the Promotion, no additional communication costs will be charged. Furthermore, no payment or purchase is required for participation in the Promotion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The participant agrees to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.

RIGHTS OF THE COMPANY

  • The Company reserves the right, without obligation of giving any reason and at its own discretion, to exclude participants from participation in the Promotion if the participant violates these Promotion Participant Terms and Conditions or any other legally applicable provision.
  • The Company also reserves the right to prematurely terminate, interrupt or change the Promotion at its own discretion and without prior notice and/or modify the prizes that can be obtained if it cannot be reasonably expected from the Company to adhere to the original terms and/or Promotion.
  • In the event of knowledge or suspicion of violations, fraud or abuse, the Company has the right to suspend participation and/or to declare participation invalid, without obligation of giving any reason.

PRIVACY

  • Participants guarantee that personal data provided during the participation procedure is correct, truthful, up-to-date and complete. The foregoing is required to be able to send participants the incentives, as well as sending the newsletter. The Company can provide this information to third parties if this is necessary for the provision or the delivery of the prize.
  • Opinion Hub do not sell your data to third parties.
